食事が美味しく摂れるようになりました
もともと胃腸が弱く、季節の変わり目に食欲がない、食べられない…ということが多かったのですが、グルタミンを摂るようになった翌月、食事が摂れるようになり体調も回復に向かいました。

夏バテで食欲がない時でも
昔から胃腸が弱く空腹時や食後などすぐに胃がきりきりしてしまいます。また、食欲がなく、胃が受け付けないと感じることも。
そこで空腹時でもグルタミンを摂ると30分くらいで食欲が出てくる感じがします。
夏バテで食欲がない時でもおすすめです。

疲れが残りません
一年中、週末は毎週サーフィンに行きます。
グルタミンをサーフィン後に摂って翌日全然疲れが残っていない！すぐ体感できた！
